If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, and would like to return all or part of your order for exchange or refund, please follow these instructions.

1. Fill out the return / exchange form that came with your order. If you do not have one please download the form. Please include the completed form in the box you are returning.

2. For any questions about your return / exchange please call customer service at: 1-888-542-7407.

All returns and exchanges will receive prompt attention, and we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return, as long as the return or exchange meets the following criteria.

• All returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date.
• All items must be unused and include the original packaging.
• All clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached. (no hair, no odor).
• Shoes must not be worn and returned unlaced in the original packaging. (Try your shoes on inside with socks before you wear them outside)
• Skateboards must be un-skated and in like-new condition, skateboard decks are not guaranteed, they are wood, they do break. Once they are assembled or used they cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Liberty Board Shop is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions.
• Videos must be unopened and in original packaging.
• Snowboards, bindings, boots must not be used or waxed. Consult our buyer recommendations if you think it is the wrong size.
• Snow clothes must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached. (No odor!)

Defective merchandise:

Liberty does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We suggest you ship UPS or insured Parcel Post. We do not accept COD’s
