What is Liberty Boardshop's Return / Exchange Policy?

All returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date.

All items must be unused and include the original packaging.

Do I have to pay for shipping back?

We are happy to pay for a shipping credit if the mistake was ours. However, we cannot pay for your shipment if you are not pleased with the merchandise. We will help you as much as possible with finding the right fit or size for the product you are purchasing. Please call (1-888-542-7407) or email (info@libertyboardshop.com) and our experienced staff will help you get the size and fit right.

When are returns processed?

We say 2 - 3 weeks to allow for receiving of your return or exchange. However, this process is often a lot faster. What can slow things down is customer availability. If we are trying to contact you, the customer, please make sure that the correct contact information is given.

To expedite the process, returns can be made at our Brea Location.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return all or part of your order for exchange or refund, please follow these instructions:

1. Fill out the return / exchange form that can be downloaded here. Please include the completed form in the box you are returning.

All returns and exchanges will recieve prompt attention, and we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return, as long as the return or exchange meets the following criteria:

All returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date.

All items must be unused and include the original packaging.

All clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached. (No hair, dirt, Or odor).

Shoes must not be worn and returned unlaced and in the original packaging. (Try your shoes on indoor with socks before you wear them outside).

Skateboards must be un-skated and in like-new condition, skateboard decks are not guaranteed, they are wood, and they do break. Once they are assembled and or used they cannot be returned or exchanged. Some companies have a guarantees as well as warranties for skateboard hardgoods. Check the company's web site to see if your product qualifies. We are not responsible for a separate company's warranty or guarantee.

Liberty Boardshop is not responsible for actual deck color and / or dimensions.

Videos must be unopened and in original packaging.

Snowboards, bindings, boots must not be used or waxed. Consult our buyer recommendations if you think it is the wrong size.

Snow clothes must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached. (No odor!)

Defective Merchandise

Liberty Boardshop does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect. Liberty Boardshop cannot guarantee any timetable for a replacement item. Unfortunately it's out of our hands.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We suggest you ship your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post via USPS. We do not accept CODs

All refunds will be made, once the request has been received and inspected. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be issued.
