Ordering and Payment Information



1. Shop the web site and find an item you'd like to purchase

2. Click on the either the product image or product name. Select the size or any available options you'd like.

3. Click on add to cart.

4. You then can either "Continue Shopping" or proceed to the checkout page.

5. Follow the 3 steps of the checkout process. 

6. Place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order has shipped you will recieve an email with letting you know it's on its way. This email will also contain a tracking number. Use this number on the shipping provider's web site to find out expected arrival time.

Will I Be Charged Tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the following states:  CA. Tax rates are calculated and applied to your order on order completion. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.

How will I know that my order has been accepted?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address that was provided when entering your information.

Can I remove items or add items once my order has been submitted? Once you have placed your order we begin processing your order, which involves a number of steps. During this time we cannot make any changes to your order. However, if you give us a call at 1-888-542-7407 within 24 hours of order placement we'll see what we can do.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not shipped or has not been processed completely you can call 1-888-542-7407 and we'll do our best to help you out. Once your order ships you cannot cancel it. You can return your order once it arrives.

How do I check my order status?

The benefits of creating an account with Liberty Boardshop.com is having the ability to record your order history. If you have already set up an account sign in to your account and click the my account link located at the top of the page.

How our inventory system works.

We work on a live inventory system. Meaning: what you see, is what is available. We do not back order. We do not sell you product that we do not have. Our system is not perfect. There are times when orders are processing simultaneously that can cause item to become out of stock. We will contact you, the customer, if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Can I special order an item?

Some of our products such as wallets and handbags, clothing, accessories, or shoes made of vinyl or imitation leather may contain lead. Shipping Information and Rates


How will my order be shipped and how much will it cost?

All domestic orders will ship within 24 hours of order receipt. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays. Your order, by default will be shipped UPS Ground service unless another service was selected. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 5-7 business days.


Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you can. When your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will have a UPS tracking number attached to it. You can then link to Ups.com and track your package using your tracking number. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours of order placement, there may be an issue. Your order number will be on your order confirmation email.

How will I know if my order shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will recieve an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped.

How long will it take to get my order?

International Orders


Can my order be shipped internationally?

Yes, we can ship to most countries. International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). International rates vary and are based on weight and size of box used to ship. We will contact you once your order has been received. We will not ship internationally unless you, the customer, has approved of the shipping rate. Please be aware that will we need final approval for an international shipping rate - providing day and night contact information will help expedite the process.

What is my shipping cost on my International Order?

Shipping costs on international orders are calculated after the order has been processed and weighed. All international customers will be contacted by a customer service associate with the final total of shipping cost. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items ordered - not based on value of merchandise.

Delivery signatures are required for orders over $250.00

Important Note: Liberty Board shop is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or import fees. Please note: UPS World Wide Expedited Service DOES NOT include brokerage fees.

It is important that provide correct contact information when placing an international order.

Fradulant orders will be prosecuted.

We do not accept orders or ship to the following countries: Ghana, Somalia, Iran, North Korea. We apologize for this inconvenience.



International Checkout


As of Ocotber 2010, Liberty Boardshop will offer the optional International Checkout Service. International Checkout is an innovative service that allows for faster, affordable international delivery. How it works:

1. International Customers shop and place items in the shopping cart directly on your site, then click on the International Checkout button. The shopping cart is transferred to International Checkout, where the customer completes the purchase.

2. The International Checkout purchasing team places the order on behalf of the international customer on your site, using its US Shipping address and US Credit Card, guaranteeing payment in US Dollars.

3. International Checkout receives and inspects the merchandise (within 48 hours of order placement) at it's depot in Culver City, CA. International Checkout prepares all required documentation, and ships to YOUR doorstep anywhere in the world.
